Sagar Steels, based out of Guwahati, is a one-stop solution your steel needs anywhere in North-Eastern India. Established in 1991, in North-East’s hardware hub, Athgaon, we started as a small trading firm. Through continuous diversification & focus on our channel network; we have become a leading supplier of Steel Sheets, Steel Furniture, MS Pipes, Structural Steel, Shutter Profiles, Welding Electrodes, Abrasives & more.

We are the authorized distributors for Tata Steel’s flat products HR (Tata Astrum), CR (Tata Steelium) & Plain & Colour Coated Galvanized Sheets (Tata Kosh, Galvano, GalvaRos & ColorNova) Coils & Sheets. With the help of our Coil Cut-to-Length & Coil Slitting machines, we can cater to needs of each & every customer. Our machinery enables our customers to purchase the exact required Length, Width & Grade of steel sheets, which helps the consumer save on scrap & also allows for better finishing quality.

We are also engaged in manufacturing of Steel Furniture, ERW Black Pipes, CR Pipes, CR/GP Shutter Profiles, MS Hinges & trading of Structural Steel, TMT, Tata Steel’s Welding Electrodes & Tata Steel’s Abrasive wheels. 

In 2020, in order to bring our multitude of products under the same basket, we launched our new brand HK-SAGAR. All products coming from Sagar Steels & its sister concerns have been brought under the uniform HK-SAGAR brand to make our products more recognizable. We have a proud & diverse channel network through which we reach every consumption centre in the North-East. We have associated ourselves with all major steel traders across North-East, who deal with products sold by Sagar Steels & its sister concern companies.
